My research focuses primarily on genotyping the extensive colonies of transgenic/gene knock-out mice of the Keck Center. Additionally, I am involved in bacteria (GAS) genotyping, RNA, genomic-DNA, and plasmid DNA extraction/purification, plasmid construction, PCR, qPCR and rt-PCR of tissue samples and maintaining the PCR and real-time PCR equipment.
